Who We Are

What we Believe

We believe all Scripture, both Old and New Testaments was given by inspiration of God as the writers were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the very words of God, and that these Scriptures are the only rule of faith and practice.
[2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21]

We believe in the one true God who has revealed Himself as existing in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible.
[Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:21-22]

We believe the human race was originally created by God in His image, until sin entered by disobedience and rebellion and left humanity totally incapable of saving itself.
[Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:12]

We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, very God and very man.
[Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 9:6; Luke 1:26-35; John 1:1,14,18]

We believe Christ our Savior died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and appeared to His disciples.
[Romans 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8]

We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven, His exaltation as Lord to the right hand of the Father, and His literal, physical return the second time for the church.
[John 14:2-3; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18]

We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of Christ upon the cross by which we obtain the forgiveness of sins through His shed blood.[Romans 5:8-11; Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:12-14]

We believe that water baptism is the obedient response to the command of the Lord.
[Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Acts 19:1-6]

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the promise of the Father for the empowering of the Christian and its accompanying gifts and fruits.
[Acts 2:1-2; Acts 8:14-17; Acts 10:44-46; Galatians 3:14]

We believe the church is the body of Christ and that Christ gave to the church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.
[Ephesians 4:11-13]

We believe in the resurrection of the dead, eternal judgment, and life everlasting.
[John 3:16; John 5:24-27; 2 Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20:11-15]

Core Values
We value the Word of God as the never changing, final authority, and source of life guidance. The scriptures call us to a faith filled, obedient, and godly life.

We value worship as a priority. The passionate worship of God in ‘spirit and truth’ is our primary ministry. We pursue worship with biblically motivated zeal and hunger as we seek His face.

We value fervent, world changing prayer. We are committed to intercession and strategic prayer that will impact south eastern Indiana, the greater Tri State area, and the nations.

We value small groups that meet throughout our region that provide avenues for growth, healing, and strong friendships, We are also committed to the G12 vision of Grace Groups that focus on effective leadership development.

We value the Spirit of God in His unlimiting extension of the witness and power of Jesus.

We value the presence of God with His clear distinction of favor and blessing.

We value the biblical truth that ‘everybody is a minister’ and we strive to equip/release people to be anointed, bold, and effective influence in their world.

We value God’s love bringing wholeness. A Holy Spirit fostered climate of God’s love creates the atmosphere which most readily births a living hope as Jesus’ Cross points us to a path of discipleship and a life free of condemnation, at rest in God’s grace.

We value an intimate, vibrant, growing personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that is properly coupled with a reverent and awesome fear of God.

We value faith that changes things. We believe the promises and principles in the Bible are true and we strive to set goals based on these truths that demand bold faith and clear vision.

We value seeing the darkest regions of the world entered by a new generation of believers that will be equipped with the knowledge of the Word, the power of the
Holy Spirit, a burning passion for Jesus, and then sent out to invade the nations and reap the harvest.

We value the Kingdom of God in His unending increase of His government and peace.

We value racial harmony in God’s Kingdom. Under God our Creator, ethnic diversity is respected; and under Christ our Redeemer, all humanity is invited to celebrate His Kingdom values together.
